My husband and I are looking at houses. We want to buy a new home, but we just haven’t found the right house at the right price. We always look at the bank foreclosures first. One of these days, I know we are going to find a great house that is being offerd at much below the appraisal value. We will be able to buy the home for what is owed on the mortgage. We have been looking at houses that are for sale by owners and realtors as well, but their asking prices are usually at or near the appraisal value of the home.
